About Me
My name is Tammy Overby. I am excited to be one of the PreK teachers this year. Originally, I am from Orlando, Florida. That is where I met my husband John. We have been married for 35 years and are proud parents of 3 boys. Jeffrey, Timmy, and Mitchell. All three boys graduated from Puckett High School. We are also proud grandparents of 2 boys and 2 girls.
in 2006, I began working at Puckett Elementary as a teacher assistant in grades PreK-2nd grade. I was there for 15 years. In 2021, I graduated from The University of Southern Mississippi with an Early Childhood Degree. 2021 I began my teaching career in a Kindergarten classroom and 2022 I taught in a PreK classroom.
