About Ms. Benton!

Hello and Welcome!

My name is Lesley Benton. I have two children of my own, Hanna and Hayes. My oldest will be in high school this year and my youngest will be in fourth grade. I have been an educator for a little over 10 years now, working on my 11th here at Morton Elementary. I graduated from Northwest Rankin High and then Delta State University. GO FIGHTING OKRAS! I have taught only in Mississippi specifically in Rankin County and then a few years in Jackson. I am excited and proud to be a part of the Morton School Family! I know this will be a fantastic year and hopefully many more to come!
